Immerse LDN is London’s new destination for immersive experiences, from TV and film to music and art, all set against the backdrop of the Royal Docks waterfront, London. With easy access via tube, DLR, cable car, and more, it’s simple to plan your visit, whether you’re coming as a family, on a date, or exploring on your own.
Immerse LDN is located on the Excel London Waterfront, within three minutes walk from Custom House station (Elizabeth line and DLR). Navigation to this area can be undertaken using the what3words ///movie.dinner.music.
Travel sustainably and reduce your carbon impact by using environmentally-friendly modes of transport including rail, cable car, cycling and walking, where it's just a short-walk to the waterfront.
Parking
The only way to guarantee a parking space is to pre-book.
If you’re using sat nav, please enter the postcode E16 1FR or what3words ///cheer.events.began for the entrance to the car park.
London has a fleet of electric taxis, a more sustainable option for your journey. The taxi drop off location is at the west entrance of the venue. Please use postcode E16 1DR.
Blue badge holders can park in one of the clearly marked bays in the car park. The venue car park only permits vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres height. There are limited over height vehicle spaces available, for vehicles up to 2.8m.
Our motorcycle parking is free and cannot be pre-booked. Designated motorcycle bays are on the upper level in Zone 2.
Rail
The Elizabeth line and DLR are the quickest routes to Immerse LDN, with Custom House station being the closest to the entertainment district.

- Royal Victoria: 10 minutes (Walking)
- Canning Town: 10 minutes (DLR)

- Stratford: 15 minutes (Tube)
- Paddington: 20 minutes (Elizabeth line)
- Victoria: 24 minutes (Tube and Elizabeth line)
- Waterloo: 30 minutes (Tube and DLR)
Air Travel
Walking and cycling can have a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.
Take the cycle superhighway route CS3 to get to the waterfront. There are a number of free-to-use cycle racks located at the west entrance taxi drop off point, underneath the Custom House walkway.
You can also walk the scenic route from Canning Town station, towards the cable car, and along the waterfront to reach Immerse LDN.
Cable car
Take the scenic route to Immerse LDN by river on the Uber boat by Thames Clipper or cable car and turn your trip into a tour of London.
All visitors to Immerse LDN can use the IFS Cloud Cable Car for just £3 single fare - to redeem this exclusive discount, just present a confirmation email or your ticket.
