Need a caffeine boost? Our friends at HEJ Coffee have got you covered! Based locally in South London, HEJ Coffee is known for its exceptional brews made from the finest beans to serve up the perfect cup of joe. 

So, grab a bite, take a sip, and let the vibrant atmosphere wash over you as you enjoy everything that Immerse LDN has to offer.

HEJ NEIGHBOURHOOD COFFEE

At HEJ you’ll enjoy locally roasted, sustainable, freshly made coffee made by expert baristas. Conceived in Sweden and born in Bermondsey, following a brief marriage to a large Swedish coffee conglomerate, the team left the big corporate world to go back to what they loved most. After the divorce they kept the name, the café and the strong Swedish values. It was the starting point to carry on the dream, continuing their passion for all things coffee.

Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?

We highly recommend booking your tickets in advance for events at Immerse LDN to avoid disappointment. Discover what’s on here.

Can I purchase a ticket over the phone?

What time should I arrive?

To fully enjoy your experience, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, parking is available on-site and can be pre-booked here.

Can I be dropped off by taxi?

Yes, the taxi drop-off location is at the west entrance of the venue. London offers a fleet of electric taxis for a more sustainable option. Use postcode E16 for navigation.

What is a Chapter?

A Chapter refers to the event space before it is transformed into one of our immersive experiences.

Can I bring in bags?

Yes, storage facilities are available at each experience for personal belongings.

Do you accept cash or card payments?

We are a cashless destination and only accept card payments.

Can I smoke or vape?

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within Immerse LDN to ensure everyone's safety.

Where is the closest blue badge parking bay?

The closest blue badge parking is located between Zone 10 and Zone 11.

Do you offer discounts for blue badge holders or their PA's?

All parking rates are the same.

Can I bring my dog to Immerse LDN?

When are less busy times to visit?
