Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?

We highly recommend booking your tickets in advance for events at Immerse LDN to avoid disappointment. Discover what’s on here.

Can my tickets be exchanged, modified, or refunded?

Can I purchase a ticket over the phone?

Currently, ticket purchases over the phone are not available.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

At this time, tickets cannot be purchased at the door.

Are there any age restrictions?

What time should I arrive?

To fully enjoy your experience, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, parking is available on-site and can be pre-booked here.

Can I be dropped off by taxi?

Yes, the taxi drop-off location is at the west entrance of the venue. London offers a fleet of electric taxis for a more sustainable option. Use postcode E16 1DR for navigation.

What is a Chapter?

A Chapter refers to the event space before it is transformed into one of our immersive experiences.

Can I bring in bags?

Yes, storage facilities are available at each experience for personal belongings.

Do you accept cash or card payments?

We are a cashless destination and only accept card payments.

Can I smoke or vape?

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within Immerse LDN to ensure everyone's safety.

Yes, all experiences are accessible.

Can I borrow a wheelchair?

Yes, wheelchairs or mobility scooters can be pre-booked here.

Where is the closest blue badge parking bay?

The closest blue badge parking is located between Zone 10 and Zone 11.

Do you offer discounts for blue badge holders or their PA's?

All parking rates are the same.

Can I bring my dog to Immerse LDN?

When are less busy times to visit?
